Approaching women in public can be a daunting task for many men. But with some simple easy-to-do steps, you should be able to have the confidence to approach the girls you want in no time. The first thing you need to do is prepare yourself before you even leave the house. First impressions, especially what men wear, are a crucial factor when meeting women for the first time. A lot of people will give the advice of it doesn't matter what someone wears, as long as they can convey their personality. This shows the women that you have something going on for yourself and this will not only make you more interesting, but will make for a better date. Dressing up nicely doesn't take a genius to do either... Just make sure you're groomed properly through good hygiene (well-shaved, white teeth, used fresh mouthwash, ridding of unwanted hairs, etc.) and have nice, trendy clothes (matching shoes with jeans, fashionable t-shirt/polo, simple silver necklace, etc.) Never overdo it by going all gaudy-like! Just keep it simple and easygoing, making the woman feel comfortable and at ease when you first meet her.

Once you have done the simple tasks to groom yourself and dress nicely, half the battle of picking up women is over with. Beautiful women are located everywhere, especially in more metropolitan areas. The next time you go about your day doing a task be aware of your surroundings and the opportunities at hand. In one day, you may go to a local coffee shop in the morning to a cup of coffee, the gym at noon to work out, a rental movie store in the evening to check out a movie, and the grocery store at night to pick up some dinner. All of these minor tasks are great opportunities to meet and talk to new women! Let's take the movie rental scene for an example. You're at the action section and you're picking up the latest action flick. You see a girl that you want to meet at the horror section. Think of something relative to say, walk up next to her (never walk behind a woman because you will scare her!), smile, and say, "Hi." Smiling is important because if you go up looking stoic and straight face, it will make her feel uncomfortable fast. Smiling lightens your appearance up and lets her know that you are interested in her in a non-creepy way, which is the purpose of why you are going up to her in the first place. If you have cheesy looking smiles, try practice smiles that look natural in a mirror at home). "Hi," she says as she smiles at you curiously. Now come up with anything that you thought of relative to your guys' surroundings. For example, "Hey I noticed that you were in the horror section and lately to be honest, I usually stick with action but lately I've grown kind of sick of it," you say, then you might ask, "Do you have suggestions on any good horror movies?" If you have a friendly, casual presence then she'll be very likely to respond to your question. From there, you should have no problem creating a short conversation about favorite and horrible movies. Once you've done this, tell her you'd like to meet her again, ask for her phone number, and leave.
